Hello all, I'm trying to convert a Scala project from gradle to pants. The integration tests execute Spark, which uses hadoop to create some files. Hadoop makes calls to "chmod", "chown" etc, which fail in the sandbox (not found). What's the best way around that? Is it possible to copy stub implementations of these tools? Or disable the sandbox for these tests?

Hmm, presumably the PATH in those sandboxes does not include
/bin
or wherever you expect those binaries to be.
You can add to the PATH using this field on the scalatest_test target: https://www.pantsbuild.org/docs/reference-scalatest_test#codeextra_env_varscode
Or use
[test].extra_env_vars
to set them globally

That worked, thank you very much! I assumed it was a chroot-style sandbox.
