Hi 👋 nice to meet you! I started a new job and we're using pants here, so I'm trying to learn my way around it at the moment. Thanks a lot for the nice welcome!

Good morning! I first heard about pants in 2014-ish, if memory serves. I thought it was interesting, but I wasn't working in that area. I heard a recent podcast about pants and thought I should take another look. At work we have been using gitlab pipelines for our CI/CD. Our scrum team is investigating using a mono-repository for some new projects. pants seems to be a good fit.

@mammoth-tomato-15147 Oh, fun! Maybe you have some colleagues here already then. Congratulations and best of luck 🙂 @brief-accountant-89663 Hah, that's a long time ago indeed. Which podcast was it? Maybe it's not been shared here on Slack yet. 🙂

@gorgeous-winter-99296 Probably has been: The Real Python Podcast, 16 Dec 2022 - I just noticed that Benjy Weinberger was the guest :)

Hello there 👋, thanks for the warm welcome! In my new team we are using pants for a monorepo and I am working my way around it. It's a neat tool so far!

We're building a product in a monorepo using various languages. I have some Python & Bazel background and feel Pants is built for humans :)
