https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/20118 is about restoring support for tool versions that do not have arm binaries but work fine via rosetta. My M1 campaign was premature to remove them 🙂. The coursier one is tricky, not sure what to do and would like feedback. Thank you @broad-processor-92400 for spotting the issue when it came to a head with hadolint.
