Hello everyone! I am Mikael, a Machine Learning Engineer at QuintoAndar/Benvi. I used to work as a Data Scientist, but now I work as a SWE focused on Machine Learning because I wanted to help to fix issues related to the workflow of a DS. Currently, where I am working, we're trying to fuse many repositories into a single Monorepo using Pants, so we can share code between team more easily. We're still in the early stages of this development, and I personally still need to learn a lot about pants, but I think we're going towards the correct direction doing this. I mostly work using Python, but I am interested in developing my Rust skills. Because of that, the Pants repo also looks like a nice place to contribute developing code as I can work with both Python and Rust. Thank you for this space!
