Hi, are these release related <https://www.pantsbuild.org/docs/release-process#1-prepare-the-changelog|docs> outdated? Not that I do any release. I was just going through the doc.
I don't see these files on the `main` branch as mentioned in the doc
• `build-support/bin/changelog.py`
• `build-support/bin/contributors.py` 

Note that the link you sent is the "latest stable" release on <http://Readme.com|Readme.com>, which right now it 2.16. Not `main` ;/

And as you can maybe surmise. We're upending our release process pretty significantly within the last 2 releases :sweat_smile:
