Hello, I was at Twitter back in 2014 and used the internal pants v1 setup and appreciated it; at my current job I think we are finally reaching the point of benefiting from a build system. While I’ve had experience with Bazel, I think pants v2 may be a much better fit; it seems to have addressed all of my complaints from v1 and interoperates with other python tooling. Currently looking to see if I can see a migration path for our poetry based monorepo.

I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised with how much better v2 is over v1!
