Does anyone object to me pulling the plug on uploading wheels to binaries.pantsbuild.org (aka our S3 bucket)? • We no longer support PANTS_SHA, so thats out • We already pin/lock the Pants deps because we ship a PEX So AFAICT it provides no benefits, but has technical and monetary costs.

I'm fine with that!
