Looks like there's 80-ish `release_` tags which don't have an accompanying GitHub Release. Likely due to an oversight.

Anyone have any trouble with me creating these releases? That way I can backfill the wheels.
(some examples are 2.13.1, 2.5.0, 2.5.1, etc...)

The process of creating the missing releases, downloading the S3 wheels, reversioning, and uploading to GotHub... Had begun

Once this is over, we can regenerate the cheese shop and have a full index of every v2 release :tada:

And then we can discuss the process for getting off S3 and PyPI

Lol what for? New releases? Yeah 85 new ones :clown_face:

All done. We officially hm should have every wheel uploaded to a release on GitHub for every release :tada:
