I want to revive the https://github.com/pantsbuild/example-plugin repo with the plugin code used in the plugins writing tutorials https://www.pantsbuild.org/docs/create-a-new-goal. This should it make easy to get started and follow the tutorial as you'll have something working OOTB. This is what the plugin code looks like: see here. Any objections? If you don't think

would be appropriate, I am happy to create another repo we could then transfer to the

pantsbuild

org that would contain all the tutorials code.
