So I would need this available in test and binary goals, Not sure if that makes it more complicated or easier. Right now I was testing with getting this plugin to work on engine v2, but if I have to upgrade from pants 1.30 to 2.11 to be on a supported version, then that's what will happen. I'd rather be running a version that's supported and easy to get help with. I tried to make sense of what Tom was suggesting, but I didn't feel like I was understanding things. I can try again tomorrow with a fresh set of eyes, but I wasn't able to connect the dots between the existing targets that I have, and how to connect them to a goal/rule.
