this (one-line) change makes python checkstyle in pants work on my osx machine with a pexrc file set, it seems legitimate because i got this from the pex source, but if anyone has any thoughts let me know if this is the right thing to be doing here: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/7013
