I’d say go for it - but you might want to at least ping the Heron folks (iirc, this guy is currently maintaining the pex rules: https://github.com/billonahill) and possibly also the Bazel folks to see if they’d consider letting you host the rules under the

bazelbuild

team (ala the

go_rules

) for wider distribution/support/etc.
