I may have this done tonight. To be clear, I have gotten auto-publishing of the native engine binary working for all stable branch commits (master, stable release branches) - but only for 64 bit linux and OSX 10.7+ - 32 bit linux is still needed. https://rbcommons.com/s/twitter/r/4380/ should finally provide 32 bit in which case I'll release 1.3.0dev1 tonight. Basically I saw no point in hand-curating a release by hand-publishing native-engine binaries, get it really working from the get-go. I'll drop a note here either way with status on native-engine binary publishing / 1.3.0dev1 release status.
