@limited-country-20626 the native-binary auto-releases are confirmed working with a pip-installed pants (ie downloads from bintray link up correctly and work). I'm going to call it quits there though and save CHANGELOG shuffling for tomorrow between flights. This is all to say, you should be good to not worry about releases tomorrow - I'll have last weeks 1.3.0dev1 handled.
