I am working on some patches that will possibly go up for review today. I don't have any stake on them landing in today's 1.3.0 release but I would like to hold the 1.2.1rc1 until I can close: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/4148 You may not have been planning to create that anyway. I can do the 1.2.1rc1 release next week if people are ready for that.
