OK, the release is complete - now using wheels: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pantsbuild.pants/1.4.0.dev15 I'll delay the announce a bit and file an issue, send up a PR to deal with plugins and the manylinux1 pantsbuild.pants wheel. I cowboyed a workaround for this release by including an sdist for pantsbuild.pants and pantsbuild.pants alone.
