i feel like if our rust tests take less time than our integration test shards we could order them above the integration tests (does .travis.yml get execution order from the configuration list?) and that would space out the test successes more instead of waiting to see whether the rust / platform specific tests task completes after all our integration tests. you can kill and restart, but this doesn’t seem to need to be a manual operation
