Hi all - as of today we’re in a state where we have rcs, but no final releases, for three minor versions: 1.11.0, 1.12.0, 1.13.0. On friday we’ll be releasing 1.14.0.dev0, but our most recent final release is 1.10.0. This seems both confusing and wrong. A casual observer will not understand this. I’m wondering if we should amend our once-a-month cadence that so that we only have one rc version and one dev version at any time.
