Wow, look at this failure on all Build Wheel shards. Pip is aggressively warning about Py2 support being dropped and we’re getting an error  <https://travis-ci.org/pantsbuild/pants/jobs/483233885#L890>. I don’t think the two are related, but both are new

Huh, build wheels is working for new CI runs..

For the record this was fixed this morning with this commit from Pip <https://github.com/pypa/pip/commit/ab796656f0b24917ec1c5aab09a511c97738ebf6>
