oh, i suppose i also believe that the process at twitter right now for getting a hotfix created for our internal pants in a timely manner isn’t always clear to other engineers contributing to pants at twitter and wanting to use their changes in the monorepo. but maybe even that’s fine and i’m just not paying attention. but that was likely underlying my original phrasing
