Folks - I'll be spinning up a release later today. I know we have a change or two that needs to go in first, but for visibility, please respond here if you have a PR you want to make sure gets in.

We need https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/10442. The other change I needed was just merged. It’d be neat to include https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/10538, but not necessary. I only need to fix tests and get reviews, which I’ll do when I get back from my bike ride this morning
