Yes, we want Benjy’s changes for proxy to unblock two users who can’t use v2 until then.

I want but don’t need the

caching change (https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/10713) but probably should wait until Stu gets a change to sign off. It would partially unblock the remote-api-testing stuff.

If it will unblock you, you can DM Stu to take a look 🙂
