Pex 2.1.25 is released:

And that had a bug hit immediately by Pants using Pex via `pex` to resolve `pex==2.1.25` ... a nice coincidence of CWD and names of things. I'm whipping up a hotfix based on <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pex/pull/1190>
