I have question about getting better throughput on our pantsbuild/pants github CI builds.  We are developing in an open source repo and are wondering what our options are to upgrade the account.
We have a build that uses 10 shards.  The public '5 concurrent shards' part is fine with us, but there are often long waits for new machines during west coast USA business hours.
