@witty-crayon-22786: @enough-analyst-54434 ok so id like to try to merge today https://rbcommons.com/s/twitter/r/2900/ even tho it runs the prepublish script and we have some uncertainty about longer-term where deps go - merging source package.json with is useful and should be safely backwards compatible enough even if we try to move deps into package.json exclusively later
