Shoot, so I saw the bug hunt from last night, and yes I could have shown you the bug right away. I had that same issue in my side repo and it was because (as you saw) it could not find the sqlite file it was expecting. In that side repo I got essentially the same behavior as above, just a nebulous failure with ‘Exception: unable to open database file’.
