I put in a late breaking change last night (https://rbcommons.com/s/twitter/r/3317/) that I went ahead and committed to master because I want it to get in today's release. Hopefully it isn't too controversial -restores a 'follow redirects' capability we had before I changed the library used to fetch tools over http.
