yeah, no specific reason. generally with exceptions I think of them in my head as a “statement” of the type + the exc msg, so

ExecutionError: could not locate xxx

strikes me personally as more aesthetically pleasing than

ExecutionError: Could not locate xxx

. never really noticed - but afaik its not part of any style guide. why do you ask?
