Looking through the output, I think what you want is:

--ivy-bootstrap-jar-url=<str> (default: '<https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ivy/ivy/2.4.0/ivy-2.4.0.jar>')
    Location to download a bootstrap version of Ivy.
