Hmmmm, poking around zinc_compile seems to imply that these should be independent: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/blob/master/src/python/pants/backend/jvm/tasks/jvm_compile/zinc/zinc_compile.py#L152 I expect that maybe we're wiring our jvm dependencies together incorrectly
