Wow. I just got finished breaking up a maven project that had 72 files (including tests) It used to be composed of 3 targets, now its composed of 18 targets. I invalidated something in the 'common' module and recompiled with both old and new. Compile time with 3 targets: 60 seconds Compile time with 18 targets: 101 seconds Is this expected?
