I need to include a new third party dependency in upstream pants. I've added it to 3rdparty/python/requirements.txt, but i'm not sure how to get it into pants so I can work with it in the code. Any pointers? Should I just build a new pex with the instructions in http://www.pantsbuild.org/howto_develop.html#building-pants-pex-for-production
