@witty-crayon-22786 u mentioned folks are using pants npm/yarn to do webpack earlier (to some of my colleagues), but im not clear on (a) how we get webpack to actually run through pants, and (b) how to depend on a node_module target so that the webpack results are placed into final jar as part of e.g.
