hi - I’ve been working on improving the speed of our pants build on developer machines. I have Java compilation mostly under control now. One area that is still concerning is the setup step. It’s taking about 30 seconds. I tried some profiling (with PANTS_PROFILE) and couldn’t make too much from that.
