There are three levels of problem here... 1: Why is the fmt.isort command invoking code unrelated to formatting? 2: Why are they broken? At a glance, I think the latter two are because we changed the default jdk target... 3: How are we meant to find out that they're broken on CI when they break, rather than because I happen to touch a BUILD file?
