i built and published a build of pants from 1.4.0dev27 with https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/4729 merged in to our local artifactory server - the build works great on osx, but fails with an ELF error in a cent docker image. think i should be building and publishing this from a linux machine vs macos? (if there's a better channel for these questions let me know)
