now appears in filedeps. i was silent because pytest was telling me i "deselected 1 test" when using

. when i don't use

-k

and add the dep on

pants_local_binary

to

tests/python/pants_test:int-test

, the desired behavior occurs (re-running the integration test after modifying

pex_build_util.py

). i'm not sure why

-k

is doing this right now, will try to make sure i'm not changing something somehow
