ok, so adding the

...:pants_local_binary

dep to

...:int-test

makes the integration test re-run when changing

pex_build_util.py

. if i select a test that i'm sure exists, e.g.

./pants test tests/python/pants_test/backend/python:integration -- -k test_with_install_requires

, and change

pex_build_util.py

, i see the pytest startup banner, but then just

=============== 1 tests deselected ===============
========== 1 deselected in 0.10 seconds ==========

am i missing some reason why

-k

should be doing this? if i don't change anything and run it again, the result is cached as expected
