doesn't have

xz

installed by default, and LLVM really likes xz files for some reason. i'm gonna wait until my packaging script for pantsbuild/binaries works for sure, but i was going to put up a one-line PR adding

RUN yum install -y xz

to that Dockerfile. is there anything i'm missing?
