still seeing the zinc client issues, but what is more interesting is I see pants trying to rebuild modules with no changes. Pretty sure I am doing it wrong. To illustrate, I have module A depending on module B which depends on module C (A:all <- B:all <- C:all). When trying to build A, I see zinc failures trying to build B:all. So fine, I think let me build B:all and do

./pants compile B:all

. However, when reissuing

./pants compile A:all

, I see the following in debug mode:

                     compile(B:all): Unstarted
