? I’m trying to bump pex to 1.3.1 in https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/5482 but

tests/python/pants_test/backend/python:integration

is failing on travis (https://travis-ci.org/pantsbuild/pants/jobs/345358024) because:

E   	Exception message: Could not satisfy all requirements for pex==1.3.1:
                     E   	    pex==1.3.1, pex==1.2.16(from: pantsbuild.pants==1.5.0.dev3)
