yes, trying to run a docker build. I have something like this currently:

FROM puckel/docker-airflow:1.9.0

RUN pip install pyopenssl==17.5.0


ADD src/python/airflow/plugins/some_python_file.py /usr/local/airflow/plugins

```

I would ideally like to fetch all the requirements from one place. Currently, they are both in dockerfile and also in the pants requirements.txt

Well, for one thing, you can run pip on that requirements.txt instead of on a list of requirements.
