I tried to dig in the code but `classpath_spec` is passed to the `register` and I'm not clear on the nature of this function

ok, found the meaning of `//` in <https://www.pantsbuild.org/target_addresses.html>

but then I don't know how the classpath specs are found. For exemple I don't see any `wire-runtime` or `benchmark-caliper-0.5` in the `BUILD*` at the root of the pants repository
