hello guys - I'm little confused about release history as I see here: <https://pypi.org/project/pantsbuild.pants/#history> that you released version 1.11 and 1.12 - is that because of some roadmap/release cycle?

We had release candidates out for both of those branches for a while, but we forgot to release a final version for 1.11 :disappointed:

So 1.11 has more things than 1.10, and 1.12 has more things than 1.11 - feel free to either update to 1.12, or update to 1.11 and then again to 1.12 :slightly_smiling_face:
