@happy-kitchen-89482 I think someone commented a month or two ago that they encountered this and it’s a result of restarting the bootstrap shards after they’ve already ran Iirc I restarted the 3rd bootstrap shard for you because it was red. Maybe it had somehow uploaded the PEX despite being red?
