Hey mac users, we're hoping to start building pantsbuild.pants with macOS 10.15 Catalina, whereas now we build with macOS 10.11 El Capitan. This means that Pants 2.4+ would likely no longer work on macOS before 10.15 Catalina. Would this be a barrier to anyone? (Why do this? We're trying to finish switching from Travis CI with GitHub actions because Travis jacked up prices, and GitHub doesn't have older mac versions.)
