It should be in `2.6.0rc2` and if you're running from sources in pantsbuild/pants

So yes, just `./pants tailor path/to/dir` will run tailor on everything under that dir

Ha, just saw this after manually creating a bunch of near-empty BUILD files in a subtree... :slightly_smiling_face:
