goals with the experimental terraform backend? Any pointers appreciated!

I haven't used the terraform backend myself, but I believe a couple of the options described in

./pants help-advanced download-terraform

@fast-nail-55400 we are probably ready for pants 2.11 to document terraform. Several people have now been using it, and we recently made that change to stabilize the modeling of targets

yeah, sounds good to expose the Helm backend for 2.12
