Have the docs been updated? I'm seeing what I think are discrepancies in <https://www.pantsbuild.org/docs/python-third-party-dependencies#generate-lockfiles-goal-vs-manual-lockfile-generation>

For instance

Thanks for confirming. I'm having some trouble groking what I need to do to go from 2.10 to 2.11. I'm getting some confusing behavior out of `update-build-files`

I'll open a new thread once I have more details, but wanted to confirm what I should be reading first.
