08/14/2022, 10:15 AMI was able to build Linux arm64 wheel from Pants main branch a few months ago. You can build it locally from source, if that's an option. I think we are very, very far from having a CI-produced Linux arm64 wheel, so building locally and putting to a local PyPI server would be the recommended option for a while, I think.
